There has been a lot going on over the past few days in the technology world. One of the most notable news to happen is with sprint. They have released a new Curve that is running Rims latest operating system which is Blackberry operating system 7. This new operating system is the best that Rim has released in a really long time.

They are offering high specs and faster browser and liquid graphics just to name a few. The curve is a lower end version of Rims flagship devices that allows users on a budget to get the blackberry experience as well. Sprint is offering this device for 49.99 with a new 2 year contract agreement. It is also offered at $349.99 off contract as well. As of right now the device is only offered in black but it is expected to come in other colors as well.

Also Rim is holding its DevCon event as well. Upon signing up and attending the event, they will be giving everyone a free 16 GB Playbook! As for those who cannot attend to the event. Rim has dropped the price of the Playbook to $200. It is expected that OS 2.0 is supposed to be rolling out to the Playbook. This is an update that is supposed to add the famous PIM that BlackBerry is known for. This is a well anticipated update that will be sure to make all of the Playbook owners very, very happy.

Rim is currently making a lot of noise on the market right now whether it is with their Playbook or new Blackberries. They are trying to take back their share of the market and so far they are doing well. The only bad thing is everyone is still waiting for QNX devices that are supposed to be released at the top of the year!
